i ordered my vintage from him using that code, it did not come, he stoped responding to my e-mails when i asked for a tracking number, zymol has no record of him ordering it, the CC is involved. I would not by any means recomend ordering it from him. it will only lead to heart ach

 

i have ordered from him in the past, never had a proble, thought why not on vintage.. bad idea

 

Probably the price is too low and hes losing money?

 

most likely i ave talked to vendots lookin gat selling zymol, they make somthing like 150-200 bucks a tub, with the discount he would be loosing money, the only thing is that he took my order, took my money, and never gave it to me.
All he had to say was the discount did not owrk on vintage

 

So you paid around $1500 for it too? His price was also the "old" price!
During ur conversations with him, did he state that the item DID SHIP? Or was he just ignore you?

 

it was like 1700 bucks shipped, so yeah about 1500.
He told me it shiped, sent me a pic of it, said it was on its way, so i was like ok.
After a couple weeks I asked for a tracking number, he said he had to check with the factory, I said fine... no respone, i e-mailed him 3 or 4 times, called the number on the site, no response to call nothin. As soon as i wanted a tracking number he stoped awnsering me

 

Thats pretty bad, I get free shipping in the US. I was wondering if I should just do it and if he doesnt send it I will just file w my CC.

So hes drop shipping the items? And Zymol stated there was no order?

What troubles me is that the phone number on the OCD's site doesnt even work

Zymol has no record, nor do any of there resellers (which he is not, she had never heard of him untill I called).

And maybe its becasue im in canada, but no the 1800 number does not work..

I know it sounds like agreat deal but dont be fooled. Call zymol they migh tbe bale to give you 10% off

 

I dealt with Diane (sorry if I miss spelled it) and he was quite nice to deal with, no complaints here.

Seems really strange what happend to Calgarydetail but I'm sure it's going to cost him some business, to bad but oh well that's the way things go I guess.

Glad to hear you got your money back Calgary and that your second order was a success and with a little discount too not bad...heck any discound is nice

 

Hmm, that story doesn't add up somewhere. If he was getting it dropped shipped, how was he getting pics of it? I don't know both sides of the story, but it sounds messy. The reviews I have heard are pretty scary, I most likely will not order from them unless this is resolved quickly. I don't know if I am the only one who thinks this, but when you are doing an order, as a vendor you do reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. So obviously they accepted the price, if they felt like loosing money, that is their own problem IMO. The charged Mikes CC, and that means the accepted the deal. I hope this is a big misunderstanding, but something tells me that something fishy happened.

 

if he had told me he could not give me the discount I would have been fine,I even talked to him him in person and asked. So i dunno.
My guees is he has orderd it once before ad taken a pic, he then ust recycles it.
I dunno what happened, all i know is at tge end of the day I got screwed, im just glad the CC company can bail me out

 

ok well as i mentioned I had to re-order my vintage. well its on its way :awesome:, it crossed the border already (in about a week), so I called today and aksed about duty they let me pay before my invoice was even printed up. So the item is paid for, the duty is paid for so its mine, I just need to wair for friday when its suppsote dot come. I have amidterm on saturday so i wont be using it till sunday, but i will do a full review when i get a chance to use it.


ohh justin, assuming its on time I will be there on sunday to play with it

Who Did You Get It From(the Vintage)?

 

zymol, i first got it from ocd casue i had 15% off, but he screwed me over, never gotmy wax. the only way i fot my momey was beacsue of the CC company.
so second time around diane gave me 10% off, in the end with shipping i think it was about the same price, if not cheaper at zymol (with the discount, cant garuntee it). Shipping from ocd was 277 bucks, from zymol it was 35. And the zymol stuff is already across the border and duty is paid.Its just a waiting game now...

nope no letter, i checked it online to see if it had cleared customs. said i had a hold because i owed money, i called asked if i could pay and they said yes. I saved a few days with the whole invoive and going in this. so im hoping it iwll be back ontime and come on friday
