Why's that, just because you don't like what I posted. If you can't take it, then don't dish it out. Plus that was my thought on your post-ridiculous. :p:

That's what the Z heads would lead you to believe!

:crasy: The car must have gotten a contact buzz from Asphalt if it's rambling that nonsense!

ZAINO IS FOR LOSERS!!! OR MEN WITH CORVETTES that at least have 25,450,945 layers with subsequent GALLONS of Z8 being sprayed in between every single SHAGGADELIC layer of Z2 PRO with of course a DAB here and there of ZFXXXXXXXXXXXXXX...

Wolf..Congrats on your purchase. I bought some Zaino a few years ago (before the Z2/5 Pro line came out). I just found the ZFX was a PITA to use. I think Zaino has nothing on DG, IMHO but I did recall being very pleased with how it looked on my FX. I never did use it on a client's car...I should, I still have some.

I don't use Zaino. I did 7 or 8 years ago. I'm sure it's evolved since then (or not?) and I respect that it's a very good product with excellent durability.

Wolf, I hope you like your new Zaino and that it works out well for you. If you're happy, I'm happy. I'll stick with the current "phase" I'm in, like many others, of "Old Skool hybrid" sealant topped with 'nuba.

    Don't forget the pics!

For the combination of looks and durability I found nothing better than Zaino.

Nice order wolf. I looked at Zaino when I first started research of non otc products, but went with Adams. Adams did okay but then I quickly switched to Duragloss then on and on and on. But now I feel I have my staples.

Wolf I can't believe you have become a Zaino user also, I would some day try it and see it for myself.
I have a question to ask you Zaino users though, why would you use a polish like Z2 or Z5 when you could use their kit with ZAIO,ZCS ,Z8 ?is it a matter of durability ?:shead:so confusing:shrug:

Funny that we both ordered Zaino the same week

    I got the ZAIO/Z2/Z5/ZFX

ZFX is a pita? How so? When I used it (I don't have ZFX this time around) I put in two to three drops per ounce of Z2/Z5 and shook it and used it. This time around I had to lay down ZAIO and wait, buff it off and put down Z5 Pro and wait, and buff it off.

ZFX, for me anyway was a huge time saver.

Some folks simply prefer Z2 or Z5. I've only applied ZAIO to my car and one other car, but thus far I think it's nice. On my car it got a treatment of Z5 Pro after I buffed the ZAIO off.

I don't have any Z8 or ZCS yet.

ZFX is a major pain. I want a product that I can apply, let sit, then buff off. I refuse to open up a small meth lab to just add three drops to this, two drops to that, but it in a vile, shake it up, and hope to use it all.

Sorry, not for me. If they can make up that ZFX stuff, then make it so that it's built in to the Z2 or the Z5.

But for Pete's sake, don't make me mix it up. That's just stupid.

Welcome to the club Wolf. Once you try it you are instantly hooked. Everybody I have given some to was converted to a Zealot after trying it.

I continue to try everything that comes down the line and nothing I have used compares to it, and I have tried some pretty pricey products after hanging out here for a while.

If you haven't tried it recently you really owe it to yourself as it is constantly improving and is an amazing product when it comes to both looks and durability.

Meh. I use Syringes and put in half an ounce to an ounce of product with the appropriate amount of drops (when using ZFX). 1oz gets me 2-3 layers this way and all that is unused is what I can't squeeze out of the tip of the syringe.

When I did ZAIO on my car this weekend I used a half ounce including windows and wheels.

FWIW nobody is forcing you to use ZFX. You can use ZAIO like Z1 (which is not available anymore) and then Z2/Z5 to your hearts content. 24 hours between layers, that is.

Yep, I still use Z1 (have a full bottle left) and when that's done will buy the ZAIO. I do not mind waiting 24 hours between layers as I can just do that when I do my weekly washes.

A few things I don't like about Zaino:

    1) When the vehicle is not entirely dry, and small droplets of water get "caught" in the polish, when you wipe off, you can still see the droplets. Drives me bonkers.

    2) In the direct sun, it's not the most friendly.

    3) Tends to dust at times when wiping off.

These are two minor things, but from all the years of using it, my two cents.

Have you guys used their tire dressing? I personally love it. I've just gotta find a better applicator for it...LOL

I can't say I've experienced the droplet thing and I've never worked on it in the sun. I believe if you work with warm/hot paint it's easier to mar. I like my paint cool and out of direct sunlight when I do any work on it.

I haven't noticed any excessive dusting. Non issue here.

Wow this generated a great deal of traffic! However the way it goes on here is the reason I tried Zaino in the first place. I had been turned off to it by the behavior of a lot of the users on other forums and had never used it. But the folks here can discuss products so much more civilized that it made me want to use it. And like I said gmblack3 was kind enough to help me out and I was sold. I'm so glad folks like P1et, angent1 and gmblack3 can promote it in a way to make me want to try it.
