this isnt the only forum i had it on:doh:and again for the 3rd time I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR 85 DOLLARS WORTH OF DETAIL PRODUCTS.i WAS excepting 50-60.and again for the THIRD TIME all i wanted from you that you were offereing was Nattys red which was not enough for me.And not that i really have to prove myself but if you must no i have been going back and forth with a person on autopia about different products he wanted to trade which range from about 45-55 total depending on which site you look them up at.

 

I have no respect for guys who get buy one get one and then try to soak there fellow detailers. This was your quote on Autopia by the way..Souveran Paste Retails for roughly $85 so the closer you get to that number the more likely id sell it out right

Well you now say you only wanted 50-60 in a trade......If your able to look up you will see you asked for 85. I still played your game of "rip off" and offered u a couple tubs of Nattys and 3 brand new cans of stoners and one thats half full. That right there is worth more that what u paid for your tub of souveran. :kiss:

the closer??were does it say it has to be 85 or even 75??that was put in that add so i wasnt getting rediculous offers for it.Iv bought and sold many things.I no even if i bought it and sold it the next day i wouldnt get 85 for it thats a given.Buying from a private seller would be more attractive at a lower price.I mean i wasnt hiding anything and i didnt see the big deal about it being BOGO and as you can see i fessed up right away when asked.i dont have money to buy other stuff so i figured id try to get rid of what i got.If you guys dont want to trade for it thats perfectly fine but dont waste my time by telling me "i wont pay or trade for it because you got it on BOGO" sorry you missed the sale.

 

and for the forth time i dont what all of that.All i wanted was Nattys Red.and what i said is what they roughly are valued at.in that i NEVER EVER SAID IT HAD TO BE 85.Again it was a baseline which the purpose was for you to offer me some other thing or things to the point where we both could agree on.I said give me offers and the worst i could do is say no.never said it had to be a certain dollar amount.just offer me and we go from there.

 

I didn't miss the sale personally, scroll down and you will see I traded a jar of Souveran last week. I got 14 ounces of Ultrafina and 90% bottle of Chem Guys VRT dressing. Total dollar value about $30...PS...The problem is what you are doing has been tried by many others and it gets old.

 

The deal about it being purchased from a BOGO is that you paid $45 for it and not a penny more....why is that so friggin hard for you to wrap your head around? You stated that you wanted trades of equal value to $85......(your words not mine)

 

I didn't ''miss'' the sale. I bought mine off a member on this site who gave me an awesome deal. The point is do on to others as you would have them do on to you.Don't expect to make off good on your end and not return the favor.:thumb:

 

Did you not look at what you posted as far as what you thought your BOGO souveran was worth? You said it was retailing for $85...... You paid $45 for it and not a penny more. Thats fine if you didnt want what I offered.....thats not what the issue here is.

 

thats great that you traded for $30.thats up to you.and i have no problem telling the truth.i mean i could have said ya i bought it straight up and no 1 would have ever known but i have no problem telling the truth.And this is my point.i really didnt want to sell it but everyone has there price.Id rather trade it.If you value it at $30 thats fine because the old saying is its worth what ever your willing to pay for it so thats completely up to you.Duratys didnt see it valued as high as i did and he wouldnt offer me anything different and i was fine with that.im not gonna argue with him about it.

 

I paid $45, as soon as it arrives at your house ,it depreciates even further, bringing the value to about $30, thats how I came to that $$$ figure. Which in my opinion is fair.

Your first thread here stated you came from AG.....You even gave your screen name from that forum.....94LT1. A simple search of all posts came up with one you started asking about storage of wax and the deal you just got on the BOGO. You better not take me or anyone from this form as a fool my friend.

 

If you did say you bought it right out for $85, I'm pretty certain no one would trade you or even buy it since everyone knows of the BOGO offer awhile back. If BOGO never existed, then thats a different story.

All the sourv that are posted on here are 99% BOGO.

Wow this went sour fast quick. If he wants to trade it then let it be. If he wants something of the same value then let it be. He bought it whether he got it in the BOGO, its his. So why do we have to tell him what he can do or trade for it. If someone wants to trade him what he wants then why bother giving him crap. I don't think it matters what you traded for yours or whatever. We all don't deal the same, we'd be screwed. Yes we can all be friends and say don't do that to fellow detailers. But whatever, theres plenty of other topics that relate that we could get into. Just let it be.
