I appreciate how comments posted in a "Smoke & Mirrors" section of another forum are not the best way to gain confidence from a reputable mfg of what is probably the best range of polishes in Europe.

Many forums in both North America and UK use Menzerna products, and have rightfully gained a very loyal following (me included) to have a representatives to answer questions that even some of the more experienced detailers can’t answer with authority is an asset to any forum and DB is very fortunate .

So again welcome to this forum I'm sure we all look forward to a mutually positive relationship with your company through their representative
