Hehe, its a "just to have" factor for me. I tend to collect waxes for some reason and no worries to OE, I still have my tub from the group buy last year. Waiting on warmer weather to use it again since its not exactly hot here yet
Considering my car has been sitting outside for 7 months unmolested, I'm going to do one heck of a detail on my GTO. I need to get some P21S TAW and a few more pads. When the car is where I want it to be I'm going to see how well RBOE and Supernatural get along.
Just got my Mytee extractor so I cant wait to do some serious interior makeovers. Other than than I really want to try out some 3M uk polishes and pads.
Yeowtch...7 months unmolested...I say you do a decontamination wash. What LSP did you have on it last?
Sorry you didn't like it. I did a test strip on my Passat beside SN1 and there was no contest. The SN looked really good but the Vintage looked fantastic. May I purchase the rest of your sample? Hmmmm.....
Sorry, I traded what was left to Denzil for some poorboys PwS I think!!! haha I don't care, it's a wax. But I ended up making a hybrid wax of Vintage and Mystery!! Now who's crazy?!?
Now that I think about, I wish I had then contacts I do now that I had back then... I could of sent it off to a chemist, broken the stuff down and proved that it's the same as probably a lot of other waxes on the market... but it's all about marketing and names. but anyway, that's enough. Sorry heath
I can't wait for spring either. This is the time of year when everyone from my family comes home from Florida and I get to see them for a few months. I also get to do a few details for the big doughnut(free) But thats OK with me I don't mind...:applause2:
I am waiting on a shipment from Phil at DD. Then I will be doing up my car and my bike. Then it is time to ride!!
Spring? What's that??? We only have Summer, Summer, Summer, and maybe a few days of Winter (minus the snow:shead Man I envy you guys with the seasons ye:
No More waiting.. Yea baby.... Well I finally got to use my Foam Lance. I didn't care what I did, I just took the 1L. bottle, poured in about 5 different soap's into it til it was close to 1/4 full, added water til the bottle was 3/4 full and put 'er to it. FOAM right off the bat. In fact enough foam to do 2 full size SUVs. Broke out the 2 buckets and started washing, when that was done, I even foamed them again and final rinse. Foam like that, will be a great way to get rid of crappy soap's I have, It's a great way to just pre-rinse a vehicle and have something stay on it while you wash with your weapon of choice. I have hard-water on my outside taps and I hate it, and I have to plan for a no sun time to dry, today wasn't that time, and I've got a few spots, so another wash to come. Probably going to do it again tomorrow, before I test out the new SV Glasier white only wax. Still some more items to arrive that I have been ordering, but you just got to love it when a plan comes together.
Apparently spring has started...the boxwood in my backyard stinks something fierce! Oh, and there are little white buds that have sprung up on the tree in my neighbor's house, not to mention the white powdery coating on the car that greets me every morning. I can't wait till it's that yellowish green powder in a month or so.
