when do you wash?

Like Pektel...I like to enjoy a cigar when doing it. I actually washed mine last night at like 8pm b/c it had rained yesterday and was supposed to be nice today. Did the wheels with some light but it was dark (except for lights from the garage) for the rest. My neighbours already know I'm nuts.

 

I like to enjoy a fat joint when I wash my whip aranoia:

 

Early Morning or Late evening

 

Early morning or late evening once there is plenty of shade for the wash.

 

I am a 5:30 to 6:00 AM on the weekend kind of guy. That way I can get the wash part done and pulled into the garage in time so I don't have to bust out the canopy.

If I miss that early window then I prefer to wait till 11:30am so the canopy shades me. If I start at say 8:00 am I actually have to set up the canopy next to the car becasue of the angle of the sun. In this situation I will actually keep 2 of the legs furthest from the car all the way down and raise the other 2 all the way up.

 

I love washing it in the middle of the night. It is cool and you dont have to worry about water spots from the sun.

 

I am a late afternoon person as well when the sun is just about to go down, if I run out of light I just pull it in the garage and finish it up there. Its nice and relaxing to have a beer, good music, and bein around my car to make a good night. Plus I don't feel like I have to finish in any specific time, sometimes I will be in the garage until 11PM or so just putzing around my car.

 

What about mosquitoes and lighting?
