Yep, wool cuts a lot better/ faster and really makes the surface nice. However, on a composite car Ill try to avoid using wool at all costs. If you've done a composite car then youll know what I mean. I should of taken pictures after using foamed wool and SIP on the black Bentley. But you're right, sometimes you do have to make the surface worse in order to correct it. On that silver Audi on my site, Asphalt Rocket finished with no holograms or buffer marks using wool and PG. So it all depends on the paint you're working with.
