What a crappy year for weather and detailing cars - and to make matters worse, I just got deeply involved in it this year. Spring: It's been either super hot (Tuesday was 85°F) or rain every couple days. Winter: One of the longest and strongest winters we have ever had. In fact, the week before Easter we got a coating of snow. At least I was able to get my dad's interior done this week.
Yuuuuuppppp. I was sort of hoping to start detailing earlier than summer this year but no go on that. It's been so rainy that no one has even thought of having their cars cleaned, at least not around here. And then just when the weather has got nice this week and I could actually wash my car...sinus infection has knocked me on my back for a week. I've had to miss school and work and everything
Gotta agree wit hyou man. It was 90 degrees and HUMID here a few days ago. This weekend will be in the 40's again. Today is chilli too. Kind of crappy if you ask me.
I don't mind the cold as much as I mind this unpredictable, fluctuating weather. You don't know what to expect in the next half hour, so much as the next day or week.
everythings now covered in a thick coating of pollen up here. i guess its better than ice and snow...
Other than the fact that I have to live with winter every year, I can't really complain about it this year. By April 1st there was almost no snow left and the thermostats constantly been reading close to or above 70 for the past 2 weeks. The only thing is that in my area, we tend to be getting rain in week long batches so far this year...
what are you all talking about, weather is perfect in California...it's not as hot as it used to be (don't have to run heater or A/C in my house), and it rains once a week...love it...I had not turned my sprinklers on this year...and my water bill was recordly low, $50 for 2 months, instead of a usual $150 during summer...
