I hope everything is ok with him personally. I know he said he was having personal issues awhile back.
I hope this all works out...it's a fine magazine.

 

I just sent him ANOTHER email and asked if I've been fooked out of money. I paid like $400 usd. I'll post up if I get a response. I'm guessing I won;t though.

 

oh well, i didnt pay for advertising so i'm only out a few bucks. i was kinda worried about something having happened to him. but after seeing his account was blocked i'm thinking differently.

over a year now an only bs from this guy an no issues so i think i f----ed out of money too.

 

Amazingly some people (aliases?) are still defending him on DW .......

I wish. If you can find out the city, I can't imagine there would be that many Simon Denver's

Maybe they were using a home for a business address location. 2 phone numbers going to the same address?

 

Yeah, it's a home. I put in the address and it came back as a detailer with a different phone. I imagine it was just a home ran business right now.

 

That's actually a good thing. that means someone will still receive any papers you may send.

This actually makes me RIPPING F*CKING MAD that someone has access to these magazines while I have paid, been given not so much as an excuse or personal email, and nothing has been done by Paypal or anyone else about it.

Not money, but my anger stems from the lack of ethics from Simon Denver.

 

Ok, I emailed that dude on ebay. I can not tell if it IS Simon or not but it seems like it is him. Here is what he said.
"Yes its the same office the magazine went bankrupt due to some advertisers not paying from issue 1 and we are currently selling remainding stock on ebay in order to help issue refunds.there was details on DW thanks for your paitence and we will get round to everyone"

Which pisses me off even more because if it IS Simon he OBVIOUSLY has an internet connection.

 

So, why the eff wouldn't they ship those issues to THOSE THAT PAID, instead of hawking them on ebay to issue refunds to the people who should have received the exact issues they are trying to sell.

WAXiT gets 2 thumbs DOWN from me. Too bad what was a GREAT idea, now is such a terrible failure.

 

The bad part too is Simon seemed like a good guy but after all of the lying I have no respect for him.
