Im looking at 350rwhp 97 240 coupe right now. Just waiting to see what motors in it. looking to trade for my bike.
so i went to my first event... Summit point West VA drift event... did a couple of things -installed sway bar Energy suspension bushings -installed GK-tech coolant reservoir -installed 4 used 85% thread on m z32 drift wheels 205/55/16 -installed Nismo gt duracon shift knob LOL at this one SUPERCHARGED MUSTA
It really does look like you guys had a hell of a time. How did you manage to shred your tire...:thumb:
Drifting will do that to any tire... they either just go flat, shred(like pictured), or explode, or the tread will separate itself from the sidewall, or the bead on the tire will wear and the tire will completely remove itself from the rim. Drifting will also teach you that cars are expendable, noted by the many zip tied bumpers and overall "beater" look to them. power is easy to make, but the heart is in the skill and technique
^^^ well said.... yeah i was at a drifting event... the funny thing is damage occured after the event.. my friend drove my car to a curb trying to make a sharp right to catch the other side of the highway and didnt notice the curbed ramp ... driver side inner wheel curbed, slight bent and cracked but still good i guess, frame rail front scraped and rear frame passenger dent and rocker panel.. front passenger tension rod scrape and brace... no biggie.. at this point, its just cosmetic.. my friend wants to fix and replace whatever but i told him just build me a cage... woot....
so the guy from Wrecked magazine was walking by and made friends, he took some cool shots.. thanks alot.... ACTION SHOTS BITCHES
lol, looking at the pic with the bimmers, looks like one either lost it, or took is rear bumper off so it wouldn't get dirty LMAO
yes new seat.. Bride Zeta III XL no idea but he was just there for fun a little bit of everything oh yeah
There is a guy close by me here in NC that builds 240s with imported Skyline drivetrains and told me that he can do a 400hp 240sx w/Skyline motor tranny for under $10k. He has one, and has done 8 others that I know of. Wouldn't mind having one as a track beater myself!
powersteering fluid spilled underneath and i used those leaves to soak up the oil.... RB motor are nice. but i would like to beat the crap out of my KA-T and see its potential.....yeah been busy working bro....and i have like 5 cars to play with..lol
