So my wife and I went to UFC 140 in Toronto this past weekend. We met up with some people that are on the UFC Fight Club forum. This was the first time meeting these people and they came from all over the place. Some from Canada, the US, and as far away as Germany. It was a fantastic weekend and I documented most of it with my camera. Sad what happened to Machida, I didn't get to see it as I was studying for exams. I hope you sold the tickets easily, I couldn't move them unfortuantly but that's because they were so "special". I hope we can go to the next one together!
I had Machida winning the first round however 2 out of the three judges thought differently... Doesn't matter now with how it finished, but it was an great fight. He had Jones frustrated. The whole night of fights was excellent but the best part was meeting all of these new people, if the fight didn't happen we would have still had an amazing weekend. The group is already talking about a get together for UFC 145 in Montreal. I'm sure we'll get to go to an even together in the future, right now your education in way, way, more important. I did sell the tickets to my brother-in-law and his wife, they are big fans and had an awesome time. Thanks for trying for me though.
