    Phil/Guys,

Call me silly or whatever, I use to park under the damn tree for last few years and recently noticed that there are around 10-15 baked tree sap that got onto the clear coat.

I have tried IPA to dissolve them but no luck and then tried M105 polishing compound (with microfiber pad) using hands that was able to clear these baked tree saps however, now I am noticing the "ring" shaped marks (kinda like water spots) where these tree saps were. Obviously the tree sap etched seem to into the clear coat leaving these "ring" shaped marks.

Someone suggested using a buffer with M105 followed by M205 should be able to clear it off and make the surface smooth again.

I need experts input here. I am also come down for a detailing / fixing these defects since I live in Jersey.

    Thank you in advance!
