Thanks! Absolutely loving my NV. This is what the NV replaced..... still have my FJ Cruiser but sold the trailer.

After doing mobile work for the better part of 15 years, I can say that mileage aside, vans are definitely the best set up.

Woah that is one sweet setup man. Being in california you have a bit of advantage there as everything you need is close by. I am still looking into a pressure washer and tossing between gas and electric. I love electric as it's quiet! It doesn't take a ton of psi to clean a car.

I love the gas setup you have though with the pressure washer hose reel and everything.

To OP: Congrats on the van, all the best man!

To anyone thinking about the van option, while i dont have experience running a detailing business out of a van (or any in any facet for that matter) I do have a lot of hands on experience with just about all the cargo vans out there.

The Nissan NV "high tops" are my favorites. I have driven the ford econoline, ford transit, sprinters from various manufacturers, chevys, isuzu box vans and even a few mini vans with no seats. The NV's are far more comfortable to drive/ride in, have more get up, ride better, come better equipped in base models and get the same MPG's as the ford/chevys even with the extra height.
