i like it shame we dont get that body style here, nor the G35 coupe put a set of Work Varianza T1S on it, and itd look awesome yep +1 the future is automated gearboxes, dual clutch etc. Ferrari from the 458 onwards nolonger offer a regular 6 speed manual. Porsche is following too with their new 911 being PDK only, likewise their GT cars like it or not, demand and sales rule, and few people want manuals these days
Nice ride. I would take a high horsepower with auto any day over a go cart with 5 or 6 spd. My Passat is AWD, 300hp and auto. 0-60 is 4.9. For me its just more comfortable as I drive a lot.
the auto in my old C63 was as good a 'box you ever need for a daily it was smooth, changed gears faster depending on throttle input etc, downshifted without lurching forward (problem with alot of semi-autos), and even blipped the throttle the dual clutch box in the GTR is light years ahead of the single clutch semi-manual in my M3. For starters there is no lag off the line, just instant power down. In the M3 you can feel that delay where the clutch is disengaging moving off from rest. Shift speeds in the GTR at a cruise left in auto mode are even quicker than the M3 can rattle off even in its fastest diff banging hardcore shift speed these automated manual box's are the future, and its easy to see why
wow nice buy but man those nissans are getting a bit pricey. By the time it's all done and paid for it will be well into the $40k land. Nice car though . . . . . . black too. Hope you're ready for that second full time job LoL.
