Things are getting out of line here!!

Just piggy backing off what pektel said this is a great forum to be on, the people are tremendous and I can't imagine expecting anything less because of the tremendously positive experiences I have had because of this forum and the people on it. We all appreciate the hard work Carlos.

I might not be able to express as good as you guys in this forum who mother languege "ENGLSIH"

I hv been registered to some car detailing forums (indonesia, singapore, uk etc). Im quite newbie in DB, however, I just feel DB is one the best car detailing forums available in worldwide.

Whatever I post or PM, I always get the very good review, advised, input etc from DB members. Such a helpful website. Im very proud to be a part of DB members.

IMO, There are always do hv a good and bad ppl around the world. For example: We can see the black bcoz of White. its as simple as that. So, all depend how you deal with black.

I believe, You (Nica) had done a marvelous job on this forum. Its not easy to deal with ppl especially involved $$$. I hope your patience on DB as strong as before.

Thank you all for the support it means allot to me, really it does. I personally believe the forum is shaping out quite nice, with growth comes a bit of more things to deal with but I deal with them and keep moving forward. Despite being a new forum it has grown significantly and the community has done a great job at making my job in the background a bit easier.

But like I said for every good there always has to be the bad, but for me the good out weighs the bad. So far I'm enjoying the forum, no regrets and I just hope I can sustain this same attitude and most of all I hope the community continues to support what Detailing Bliss stands for. Like I've said many, many times Detailing Bliss is only as strong as it's members, it's the members that make the forum a success and it's the community that can also bring down the forum. My role is nice some times but not always, so it's just a matter of keeping a good balance.

When I read your statement Denzil, I have to admit I felt good..becuse it means I'm doing something right :shrug: If I can keep the drama in the background, in my opinion it's a good thing :thumb:

 

I think one of the main problems with internet forums (or the internet is general) is that people feel the need to exercise their freedoms in an overly confident manner as if they have something to prove. The problem exists that people don't say what they would in "reality" for say, that they can hide behind the guise of the internet because essentially they can. They feel that the internet is an open means by which to say or do whatever you want because you aren't bound by rules because it has no real consequential impact in reality. The real situation at hand, regardless whether anyone likes it or not, is when someone creates, funds, and runs a forum, it's their word and rules, not anyones sense of complete freedom to do or say whatever they want. So when someone says "I don't see what the big deal is" or "I don't agree with that", this isn't a democracy. If Nica asks our opinion, by all means express your opinion on operating the website. Other than that, stay within the rules. Obviously some people make mistakes, but it's repeat offenders and the obvious that need to wake up and start respecting.

 

Having a level-headed and reasonable Admin helps. Thanks for holding it all together!!!!
