We all know you don't like Audi's Ketil but I like it. Doesn't Audi already use a diesel in the Formula 1 car?
I love audi, and you know it Audi doesen`t have a forumla 1 car. You most be thinking about the le mans race?
If this becomes a reality, the R8 would be an incredable machine and I know a few people hoping for this machine to come through.
24 hours of Sebring this year was won by a Porsche RS Spyder LMP2 class. The Audi R10, so dominant last year, is in the LMP1 class. Look for Audi and Peugot to battle it out this year again at Le Mans! Nica, the R8 is on the Audi timeline to be released, I believe, in 2010 with their mid-engined convertible in 2011 (rumored to be a joint venture with Porsche).
The Sportback is a gorgeous car! The older models, aka 8E(?) is a little bit more boring, but still a nice car.
Diesel is the KING of all fuels. We just need to make sure that we stop getting ripped off at the pump on diesel. I pay $4.29 a gallon and with 36 gallons in the tank, that's more than $150 per tank. BUNK!
It's not too bad, 16.5mpg around town and about 21 on the motorway. I guess it could be worse. My range is 650 miles, which is nice. Contemplating selling it for an Audi, S-Line with the Titanium package. Wife is not convinced yet!!!
