Try Ultima. I have yet to find a shampoo that beats it and I have tried pretty much every shampoo out there. The suds are endless, it has great lubricity, cleans well and won't strip your lsp.

I know Lusso Autobathe has been mentioned, but it is a fantastic shampoo in every way. I have never been into shampoos but I appreciate ones that work well and satisfy different uses. Autobathe really left an impression that goes beyond all the other car wash solutions I have tried in terms of slickness, cleaning power, and final shine.

My favorite is Majestic Solutions Ultra Gloss. Super slippery, and lots of suds, if that's your thing. It leaves a nice polymer shine, just like a QD does. And it smells like cherry Coke. Great stuff.

[Dont get me wrong, I like the shampoos that I have and the majority of them perform and look great. What Im looking for is something that provides a slick butter smooth washing experience. Maybe looking for some miracle soap that's so slick that the wash media just floats/glides over the paint.]

My criteria for a good quality car wash concentrate; surface lubrication (to minimize marring), dirt encapsulation (it must contain a surfactant), a slightly alkaline pH around 8.0 (if it’s too alkaline it will strip the LSP) it should also contain a balanced blend of active biodegradable ingredients.

    Some Product Suggestions-

Wax - because Souveran was designed purely as a show car wax, for the best results use the Pinnacle Soap and the Crystal Mist Spray or Souveran Spray Wax separately for best results.

For polymer sealants- Zaino Z-7 Car Wash, Griot's Garage Car Wash, and Iz Perls (in no particular order)

Concentrate Dilution - the usual dilution is l oz per two gallons water (using a lesser dilution will leave a film on the paint surface) Avoid products that contain harsh detergents as they will emulsify and leach out any oils or waxes that provide protection and/or flexibility
Water quality- its pH value, mineral content, harness, and other characteristics will affect how well a car wash concentrate works. As well as conditioners to maintain the shine without stripping the paint of essential oils (the way detergents do) and dispersing them in the rinsing process, warm water (not hot) will improve the cleaning abilities of wash concentrates.
Surface lubrication - it’s important that the concentrate contains oils to provide surface lubricity between the washing media and the paint surface. Washing is the most common cause of surface scratching / marring) and accounts for as much as 75% + of surface marring
Soap Foaming - the amount of foaming produced has nothing to do with its cleaning efficiency (although it does provide a means of encapsulation as well as acting a cushion between the paint surfaces and cleaning tool) when laundry was done with soap flakes; suds level was an indicator of cleaning performance.

Adding Optimum ONR to your soapy water is supposed to make your soapy water a lot slicker. I haven't tried it yet so I can't vouch for that'

"Add 1 ounce to wash water made with your regular car wash. No Rinse Wash & Shine’s advanced polymers and lubricants offer more surface protection and slickness than ordinary car soap alone. It acts as a water softener and conditioner to improve the quality of the water that touches your vehicle to provide the ultimate safe wash."

Optimum No Rinse Wash & Shine: clay lubricant, optimum rinseless wash, no rinse car wash, optimum detailing products

Just about to say that!! And maybe try some Meguiars Last touch too. That stuff is slick too! So slick that you can't tape a car if you QD'd it.

When I used ONR with soap, it reduced the suds a lot. I have soft water so it does not need conditioning.

I have used 1z several times and it seems like ONR in a bucket with minimal suds. It seems to need to be dried more like ONR too.

Thanks for all the suggestions in shampoos everybody! I think im going to grab a bottle of Z7 and Lusso and give those a try first. I never found any difference in adding ONR to my was solution as my water is not really hard at all.

Did it seem like it made your soapy water any slicker? If it makes the soapy water slicker I can live without a lot of suds.

Not to me. I do not think ONR when mixed feels very slick compared to a traditional soap anyway so I was not expecting it to feel slicker. I do think it helped dry easier but I only did it twice.

Adam's is my pick. I just used Meg's Gold Class a couple weeks ago and I wasn't very impressed. It foamed well but it just didn't feel very slick. Adam's smells good and does its job well IMO.

So is AutoMagic EZ suds, and it smells awesome(like lemons). I have never really liked Meguiars, did a good job for the price, but I always felt like I was rinsing forever with it..
