Heavenly Detailing (forgot his name) and Paul are good friends and have done many many details together and close. Can see that in many early writeups from Paul and heavenly went to CG as he used many of there stuff and liked it and wanted his wax that was better priced so he has.

It's not only about looks. It's ease of application, ease of removal. Smell. Beading. You can discuss waxes till the cows come home.

Find what you like, and use it often. I have a lot of waxes, and for me Insignis makes me' happiest.

Im not really a big fan of $$$$ wax, I rather have polishers, power washers, lights, extractors, steamers, or any detailing gears before any $$$$ wax. til then Paul will retired. ;)

I know some jus got to have it, I respect that and im kinda jealous too.

Used it once and was not at all impressed, especially for the price. I would take Vintage any time over CR, hell, I take RBOE anytime over CR. Save your money dude.

RBOE is the best looking wax I own. better than pinnacle and lusso IME.

i have to agree with billy, billy was nice enough to trade me a sample of cr back in the day even though he told me that it wasnt the greatest wax i had to try it for myself because in all honesty i was on pd's jock and had to try his wax but couldnt afford the heavy price tag that came with a pot. now it is a nice wax and easy to use i still plan on keeping my sample but ive also been lucky enough to try out some vintage and i got to say its the best looking wax ive ever used. if you want a really nice wax and want to save some coin you cant go wrong with RBOE the wax is awesome and has great duribility i put it second only to vintage

Ankeet, I know you always get good stuff, I never seen any junk in your collection...I'm not really helping you here, but it sounds like Crystal Rock wax you are looking like is very expensive. Is it worth it? Well, that's up to you...I just bought my wife $1k stroller, and many critise me already, yet live cheap life and take VERY EXPESIVE vacations ($300+ dollar hotels, I wouldn't pay so much for a hotel even if a manager of hotel would give me a bj). It's all relevant...It's really up to you...
I would get Vintage before CR personally, simply because I can get free refills for life...

Man CR its very easy to used but the looks it really didnt make say WOW !!!!
Like i said I would go for vintage or even RG Black label for the looks, Durability in CR u can get 6months but with 2 or 3 layers especially here in Brazil
so for me its just a nice over priced wax but then again just my personal opinion!

the qd's I use aren't meant to promote the beading or sheeting. Primarily to clean the surface of the paint.

    Hi all,greetings from Indonesia.
It's pretty informatives for me about what you thought and shared about CR in this forum. As an owner of CR.

I'm myself are very pleased with the result of it.It's not the deep, peerless,or wet like...let's say RG Black Label can gives.CR has an nice clarity, and honestly i'm not impressed with it at the first time.As i already have wet sanded and burnished my car paint to the limit i can reach...oh anyway my car are Honda with Eternal Blue Pearl paint. While many waxes such as Concorso,Concours,Competizione that i have already used before can gives me an lovely pearl glow finish.Well i'm even used Zaino, but none can produce "bloom" finish that looks like the light are bleeding and covered the paint.I'm even buyed a small portion of Z Royale from my friend only to found that wax doesn't even better than Black Label at all...Stressed out the problem with my friend who's an ex SV dealer in my country, since he's already detailed many exotics including 2 Enzo's in my country with outstanding result using CR.And he telled me to shot Opti Seal after CF,let it penetared CF for 6 hours, then 2 coat of CR.Tried that and i'm completely blown away, the finish are crystal clear, carnauba jetting are reduced by OS,at that time i can't argue with him.OS really suited for that job since it was purely transparent,so other than gloss and optical clarity,it doesn't add any nuances that may affected the finish of CR too much. And yes i'm satisfied,my paint colour are blooming every time the sun light landed on my car paint.I don't have any regrets for spended so much bucks for just one pot of wax, well i even have already ordered two more pots of CR:thumb:.Yes it is bloody expensive, but it provided the kind of finish that i'm hoping for from my eternal blue paint. As for durability i'm not really concerned about it.In Indonesia we're got heavy acid rain due to excessive air polution.Even 2 layers of CQuartz topped with multiple layer of carnauba waxes can only hold up for about 1 month. That's why i'm okay with regular waxing routines. But there's one wax that i think can match CR clarity if not...maybe better...it's Migliore Presidenziale:)

Still an expensive wax,but i'm really impressed with the result of Presidenziale
