EDIT: Title should say V-Strom....I guessI was typing too fast.

This bike was pretty beat up and the owner wanted to get as much of the paint corrected as possible. The bike had been dropped a few times so the rest of the bike (engine block, various controls) weren't in great shape. So I did what I could as far as getting it clean and the paint corrected..here we go.

    Wash
    ONR Wash
Ubar Clay w/ Adams QD for lube
    PS21 Wheel Cleaner
    Meguiars Degreaser on tires
    Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish
    Meguiars Glass Cleaner on mirrors
Headlights and windshiel cleaned with DP Plex All
    Windshield buffed with PO85 RD
Plastic trim dressed with 303 Aerospace Protectant
Leather Seat cleaned with Meguiars APC and dressed with Zymol Leather Conditioner

    Correction
Menzerna SIP via Orange pad on PC
Menzerna PO85RD via white pad on PC

    LSP
    Collonite 845

The Suzi looks great! How lucky you were to have a centre stand to work with. I so wish more bikes had them; they are so useful. Nice job on the windscreen too! Shiny side up :)

I love Viragos!! My last bike prior to my Suzi was a Virago 750 that was 2 tone blue with these gorgeous white faced instruments. Loved the bike, it was just not powerful enough. I bet the 1100 is amazing! Got any pics?

Nice! Sounds sick looking! Mines not all together. It is an ongoing project right now. Got it from my dad after sitting in his garage for almost 20 years. I think I can dig up some pics of the fender and tank. It's two tone black and red pearl.
