Yes, IPA is rubbing alcohol. Your going to want to dilute that 1:1 (50% water, 50% IPA)

After P85rd, you can either go with a sealant, or you can go with collinite 845. Personally, I always use collinite 845 as a protectant/sealer. If you want, you can top that with your favorite nuba, or HD in your case. OR, you can just stop at collinite because that should give you enough protection for a few months.
