Looks like he has removed the vw emblem on the trunk. Sorry man, it was a passat like I tought No concorso
Looking good! Few things to recommend: Don't Zenith point M105, or M205. You only zenith point polishes that have diminishing abrasives, both M105, and M205 do NOT have diminishing abrasives, so the zenith point is a waste of valuable working time that M105 lacks in normal form. Keep it at about 1800rpm, feather the trigger to pick up the polish from the panel, and just go right at it, moving at a relatively fast speed.. couple inches every second at least. Another thing with the polishing dust.. instead of foaming the car, just rinse it with a pressure washer. The foam won't do much--and you just waste soap (IMHO). Unfortuately when working with M105, dust is going to be outrageous.. just the way the world turns  As for lunch, I'm down. Although I don't think Carrie likes me since I said mech.eng. doesn't have any jobs.. I felt bad after saying that--just basing of my dad's experience . Overall amazing results! I would drop those LC PFWs, they aren't THAT great of a wool pad. I would look in to the Megs So1o wool pads, the only drawback of these pads is the size... 7". Also look in to the tufbuf black wool pads, Denzil's gotten great results, and he informed me they come in varried sizes!! I only use PFW for their 3.5" size, otherwise my 6.5" PFW are collecting dust... Again, great job! Don't hesitate to call if you have any q's while polishing Aaron
Haha no worries, we enjoy what we do so that's what matters. She's pretty confident she can find a job because there are so few PhD's that graduate in her field. Anyways yeah, we should set something up. I'll be pretty busy this month because I'm moving houses, but once I'm all settled I'm sure my weekends will open up. I'll shoot you a PM or call you if i find some free time though! also, thanks for the advice!
