    Thread - blues are 5/8ths, reds are 14mm.
    Unless you've a 14mm machine, then you'll be wanting to go with the blue ones.
    If you do have a 14mm unit, seriously do consider the Liquid Shine one.

    i only use sonus sfx pads 5" with sonus backing plate,superb,never had a problem with any of them.

    I've got Lake country yellow ones of all sizes plus the standard Makita plate and another Makita plate which cost me $50 bucks but is absolutely amazing. its a 7 inch plate that has super strong velcro and has over an inch of flexible cushioning so adding pressure when buffing is no problem and theres always a cushion of support.

    The gloss it ones look great but everything they sell their is overpriced and no quality improvement IMHO plus cost per shipment to anywhere worldwide is just ludicrously expensive.

    two BP pictured above, plus a 2" (50mm) backing plate made specifically for DB members (not pictured).

    ^^^ i seen that thread somewhere and cant find it.
    i need similar pads for rotary when i get it. any place in USA sell it? i think maguairs had similar BP
    i want 2" one. one for 4" pads and maybe one for 5.5 pads. no idea what to get though
