great pics and vids Phil. I had a chance to see water beading on the hood while driving on the highway. Great beading/sheeting action just like your vid.

Phil, would you rather use the wolf's hard body or the sonax polymer net shield for your car?

What about coating hard body with net shield?

I would do hardbody first and top it with sonax after the hardbody is cured.

Could you top this with 22ple? Or would it degrade the coating?

when I spoke to Shyan from 22ple he mentioned that you would be able to top it with a wax. I'll have to reconfirm this and get back to you though.

I just got a tin of this in today Phil. Can it be used as a stand alone product? As well, can it be used to top regular sealants? I picked up the account to prep all the new Teslas coming into Vancouver and this might seem like a great product for them. Awesome looks with decent durability.

    Ken,

Yup it can be used as a stand alone product, we have been using this one on all cars not getting a coating service.

That being said make sure you do small sections at a time, it would be a bit of a work out if it gets dry.

I tried mine on the hood of one of the Tesla's I was working on. As stated, it wasn't the smoothest application but when I went back and applied a second coat to simulate topping a coating, it went on and off dead easy. Food for thought.

What can this be applied to? Is it able to be used on other materials like glass, or is it specifically meant for paint only? Also, just so we know, can anyone test its durability against strong cleaners like a detergent?

I will need to be getting a can of this myself soon!

I was not able to get a good application on my glass it smudged and got cloudy.

as for the durability use the Adam's APC and Adam's Car Wash mixture to remove salt off my daily and was still strong after that, I only did that once but its still holding up, we are now into 2 months with it.

I see people saying they used a HEX pad can I use a Uber black pad to apply this?
