Removing paint from rubber

    Yes, many times. People drive through highway striping paint thats fresh all the time around here. I can always get it off with Goof Off professional formula, sold at Auto Body Shops or Home Depot/Lowes, in the Paint Dept. its a little yellow metal can with red letters on it. Just be sure to re-condition the rubber afterwards.
    Depending on the type of paint, perhaps some hot water and a good soap will do this too??

    Sorry I should have been a bit more specific, the car was resprayed several years ago and they didn tape it up properly and got paint on the rubber seals. Do you think the goo off would still work?

    It will absolutely work just fine. It removes about anything and I have yet to see it harm any automobile paintwork or rubber.
