Removing Cement

Ok guys for a update.....Back-Set is off the CHAIN!!! This stuff works miracles!!! It literally turned the cement back into mush!!! And it took all of about 2-3 minutes! Did it all come off... no, there was a little blob in the area that I was working on, but seriously this stuff is amazing.

And about the price, for cement removal you can charge WHATEVER you want. On this car the body shop was going to charge over $6000 to repaint and replace all the lower plastic pieces. I am charging $1500 to remove all the cement, wash, clay, minor polishing and seal the vehicle.

 

Where do u get back set?? And it doesn't harm the paint at all???

 

Right now it seems top of the line, is the best place to get it. And no it doesn't harm paint at all! It's active ingredient is found in sugar cane syrup or something of the sorts.. No acids at all

 

So what happened to Viniger? Does it work just as good as this Back Set?

 

Vinegar is only good for 'fresh' cement, once its hardened (set) BackSet reverses the hardening process
