I'm intrigued by all the RBOE enthusiasm.

how does it work out with layering? I want to try something like CG's WMF and then put a quality wax on my car andsee how that goes.

I personally didn't like it, but I think it's my personal tastes. I like the brighter, glossier sealant look more, and too me when I put RBOE on top of Opti-seal it darkened it a good bit and took away from the look IMO.

But, like I said, it's my opinion.

Another vote for RBOE, it's worth the hype!

I prefer sealant on my silver car. I used coli 845, optiseal, DG 105, enviroshield, all are looking good on well prep condition. I cant see much different though. I dont know if any probs on my eyes.

IMO, prep is an important key. I dont think any waxes or sealants could make your car look good without well prep, even the high end LSP.

I really like Collinite 845. Looks great, durable, and cheap.

If you want, get a pot of Lusso Oro to top it with. Those 2 together looked amazing on a vehicle I did a couple years ago.

EDIT: just realized this thread is way old. lol.
