Recharging the CR

    Hope the info was somewhat beneficial guys. Now that I understand the science behind it I am really intrigued by the system and am leaning toward buying one myself. You guys make things just look too good!

    Its definitely worth it. Brought my TDS readings from 285 to 000.

    I know the guy that service our Demin system at work pretty well and he said he thought he might be able to hook me up with some surplus resin beads if I went with this system.:headbang:

    Oh yeah I remembered something else he told me. As far as Reverse Osmosis units go they do the same thing that the spotless systems do. RO's are ususally used when you have a large volume of water that has to be demineralized. An RO basically "squeezes" the impurities out of the water by sending it through the RO unit at a very high pressure. I don't think you have to be concerned with changing media with an RO unit but the down side is you have a lot of "RO reject" water for every gallon of "Pure water" you recover.

    Yes, RO is probably the best water available but it's not very efficient, it waists way to much. Thank you for sharing Wolf :thumb:
