Hope you don't mind me answereing yoru questions Carn, but RO water is Reverso Osmosis water, basically bottle water that you, I and everyone else in the world drinks. The reason why it's so good is becuase using water that obtains 0PPM will give you a spot free rinse or just plain and simple spot free water. RO water is the best water, like I said it's used to drink and at labs as well. Now for the wheel brush, the tips are made of wool and man they are incredable brushes. I managed to get my hands on some of these brushes and they are a dream to clean your rims with, the only problem is that there is a patn issue and no one makes them anymore.
