Bence...I would suggest contacting him one last time and letting him now your intentions to make this public. If he still won't at least make some attempt at a monetary reimbursement than I say it's time for the gloves to come off.

Bence, I sent you a suggestion per PM. I think most know on this forum know who this is pertaining to, and with the amount of product this person has, I don't think it's asking too much for him to sell some of his collection in order to pay you back, or just ship you product with an equal value.

Because with health issues severe enough, wouldn't you sell some of your enormous collection of high dollar waxes to pay for monies you owe?

This is going to get juicy real quick. I hope he gets wind of this thread and mans the hell up and takes care of his debts. Frankly, I'd go right ahead and contact the local police in his location regarding the situation, as long as you have everything documented enough to support your "case". Three years with that kind of debt and deception, personally I'd be coming after your ass legally of course ;-)

 

Sad part is that most everyone here at the time wouldnt have asked for the money upfront either. I know I wouldnt have by seeing his prior purchases. Any way you look at it there is no excuse for three years with no payment.

I really don't think it's richy's place to call him out on it. I think maybe Bence could try visiting l2d, and see what he has to say over there. Although, I'd imagine the thread would just get deleted, and he would be banned from the forum.

 

I would suggest a third party mediator and do it offline.

I will make a few comments here. First, as a Canadian law enforcement officer, I can tell you this is not a police issue and is a civil dispute. This would have to be settled in small claims court.

Mike, it is not my place to intervene. I may call him and draw his attention to the thread. If there's one thing I've learned over the years is that there's 3 sides to every story. Don't take that as I don't believe Bence; I'm not saying that. I will make sure he knows the situation is public and he can do what he sees fit.

Thanks Pete. I do not want to get directly involved. I do think the individual has a right to know it's now public and can choose his course of action from there.

First off I think you are an outstanding guy. The only reason I mentioned your name is because I know you have Nica's ear of sorts. I knew that if anyone could get his attention it would be you.
