I don't think there has ever been a bad thing said about Phil lol. I sent him an email one day and like twenty minutes later, I got a reply. I know he has to be crazy busy so a response that quick amazes me. I wish more customer service and businesses were run like Phil runs his. :worship2:
hey guys we try really hard, trying very hard to work on shipping prices. that's probably our biggest complaint but to be honest just about all boxes are delivered on and less than 1% are lost I would say that's pretty good.
