Well Bunky, to be honest i just used it for a wash for the first time today. I purchased it about a year ago and couldn't adapt it to my cannon that came off of my old karcher so it just sat. I was going to sell it and then started searching every thread i could find that mentioned B&S. No one had an answer for the adapter so i looked at the wand from the machine and it seemed like the "Lavor" adapter was the closest. I just got it on monday and had to run out to the store to get a 6 inch 1/4" nipple. You can get away with 4 inch if you like. I like the power the machine has and its great finally having a roll away hose and a place to store the electric cord. I found it great to work with this morning. Usually i cant get Majestic Solutions Ultra Gloss to dwell on the paint through the foam cannon but today it was clinging and dragging the pollen and dust off the car no problem. I assume thats b/c my old machine was only 1250 psi. The only downside to it i think is that the hose connector on the bottom is plastic. I teflon taped a home depot quick connect in there so i dont have to worry about stripping the threads. Sorry for long reply but honestly i had a great experience this morning using the machine. Its always a worry for me to wash my black onyx LS430 b/c i have a very short window for shade coverage in my front yard. This machine helped me rinse, foam, rinse, foam, wash, rinse, sheet, fk425 while drying, and put a layer of lusso oro over the colli 845 i put 2 weeks ago, all in a short amount of time. Long story short i have no regrets recommending this B&S unit for our purposes.

Thanks for the report. I did not need a foam cannon but nice to know it can be done. I have read when you have plastic hose connectors you get the brass disconnects so you never have to use the threads.

It has two onboard tanks. Did you ever plan to use those?

In your wash process, you say you foam a second time. Do you use a wash bucket with soap or just wash with the soap on the second foam?

After playing with fire hose nozzles and other sprayers, I think the pressure wash fan spray is the best way to quickly rinse thoroughly.

Yea the brass disconnects make life so much easier.

I wasn't planning on using the 2 onboard tanks since when i clean my fence i use the foam cannon as well. it makes it so much faster to foam, brush with a large brush intended for car washing but no one on this forum would ever use for that purpose, and rinse off.

Yes i still do a 2 bucket wash but leave that 2nd foam on there for added slickness.

I guess you can use the foam cannon to dispense anything - foaming or not. It is probably less risk to the pressure washer with pw safe acids/bleaches.

i have owned a camspray and karcher. Make sure you get a 1500+ psi 2.0+ gpm model, it takes too long to wash a car when the gpm is below that but thats just from my experience.
