Powerlock Sealant on 3m Wrap hood!!!??

Your issue is twofold:

1. Removing the Menzerna Powerlock, and
2. Restoration of the 3M film.

Here is 3M's suggestion: Caring for Your Vehicle Graphics & Wraps

I would not be rubbing too hard on this film to remove the Powerlock as you'll likely burnish the film's surface permanently altering its characteristics. Good luck.
