Damn! So I washed my car yesterday with that awesome Soft Wool Mitt from RB'z just to go to work today to run into this on my way to lunch: :wall:

I took the above pics with my Blackberry, so they are not the greatest at capturing the real deal. My car was completely covered in a thick yellow layer of this crap. The following is how my car is supposed to look:

Can anyone tell the difference? I think this is proof that pollen season is here. :shakehead:

Yeah, I had never seen it that bad.

Who knows, the weather in So Cal has been very inconsistent.

What's in that kit and where did you get it from?

Ordering it later this weekend. Its the FK1 decon kit that they sell. I figure its worth a shot considering that I wasted an entire Megs 200g bar on a vehicle before....

Let me know how that works for ya! I figured I'd get by with Tardis and CG/MS stuff.

Haha, will do. I may also order a gallon of FK108 since its identical in looks to Z16 and its cheaper. I'll be set on tire shine for life if I do that. For the price, I don't care if I get 2 weeks of durability from it! :p

I hate the pollen as well. It just sticks to the car and gives it a nasty yellow hue. Pretty much the only way to remove it is to wash the car again. I'm afraid to do a spray and wipe on it, but I don't even like doing that to rid the car of typical daily dust.

That's the first thing I did as soon as I got home. I read your article and immediately went to work on my car. :thumb:
