Guys, I don't know what the deal is.... 85rd has never acted up like this before. Here's what I did --> Wash; Clay with ONR, IPA wipedown (50/50), 85rd on blue über pad via flex rotary. I shake up the 85rd but it's like an inevitable thing....almost every panel has patches of like glued on polish looking splotchy..::WTF?????

I'm in an air conditioned garage, and I'm working probably like a half a trunk lid's space each pass.

Also, I am using new blue ubers, and I switch them every 3 panels, and wash the pad between every panel with water and a pad brush...I've tried to think of everything....maybe it's just this bottle of PO85rd??? idk cuz 85rd has NEVER done this to me before....I think it has to do with the IPA wipedown, b/c this is the first time I've IPA'd my paint before polishing.

    thoughts?

I tried some advice from Clark@Polished Bliss and switched up to the DA...no more issues...must be the paint is sticky after the thorough IPA wipedown....I bet ya that's it cuz IPA makes the paint so clean it's almost grabby

    Could be...
I use 70% IPA all the time with po85rd on both rotary and DA and haven't had this issue.

OHH NO, this paint get's the 85rd treatment every 6 months!

I fully corrected it a couple years back, and do this after I clay every 6 months to remove just the slight claying marks.

this is the first time I've gotten the sticking.
