This is coating called "Swedecoat", it´s more like a resin clear coat. They apply it with a spray gun on all the paint, rubber trims, windows and even wheels.

G|techniq Smart Surface Solutions. Perfect then Protect your Car, Yacht or Aircraft have a coating called C1 wich is also very nice. I have this on my sisters car and last time I visited her, I poored a glas of water on the front fender and I got some serious sheeting. Will give it a wash in the begining of july to see how the coating looks like after one year.

yeah but a coating like that costs some serious BANK!!! like 500-1000usd.. this jar has 20-40 applications..at 2 a year it will last way longer buck for buck against a ptfe type coating..some can last for up to 3 years or so but they also hide a lil more of the depth and clarity in the paint.. i have only seen one car that i knew of with a ptfe based coat he said it costs him i wanna say 6-700usd but like i said before it can be more depending on the coat.. and for that i will take a good wax/sealant any day at 30-50 an application i am still spending less long term!!! for those that wanna set it and forget it so to speak..lol getting a ptfe coat might not be a bad thing esp for your everyday driver or truck.. but if you have a classic or a sports/ luxury car then i would just stick with a wax.. i wish i had the ceramic clear coat on the s63 amg on my 335..there isn't a scratch on it our s63 or swirls nothing...mercs newer ceramic clear coats are awesome!!! but as i would imagine a bitch to polish if it does get a scratch!!!

Its amazing how much difference it made to the car, specially being white and it also already has 51 coats of Zaino on it as well. The Crystal rock made it super wet and glassy with loads of depth, I think he's going to put another couple of coats of crystal rock on, then it will take him 3 weeks or so to write the thread! lol. opcorn:
