    I just saw in my BMW Car Magazine a swissvax crystal rock column.. with high praise of course.. but the interesting bit i found was swissvax apparently has sold out of all the limited edition 10,000# crystal cases.

    Amazing work as usual!

    This may be a stupid question.

    I have both SV Shield and SV Crystal Rock, I haven't used the CR yet. I love how Shield is durable, and has the Teflon in it to help sheet water off and make cleaning easy.

    Will CR perform similar to shield? or does it sacrifice performance in exchange for the deep shine?

    If so, would it be possible to apply FMJ first and then a layer of CR?
