Presoak in ZEP citrus degreaser, Spray particularly dirty spots with Dawn Power Dissolve if needed, and just wash with 50/50 Liquid Tide and Dawn. Hot wash. Extra rinse cycle with white vinegar. Air dry with anti-static dryer balls only.

After many many washes, the towels still look near brand new with no linting.

CG MFs are great. Cheap and get the job done without linting. Its like $9 something for a dozen

nice. never knew they were that in expensive.

I found some on their site for $15.95 per dozen on the CG site.

Problem with their site is they just have way to many towels that it becomes a painful to even try to find a damn towel. They must have like 50 different towels.

I use Sams club mf towels blue ones only and pre wash them before use. In the body shops i use them on fresh paint with no issues. They run $11.00 for 24 towels 16 x 16 and you can order them on there web site as well as buy them in the store. I have been knocked for years about these towels but don't discard this information till you tried it for yourself. I go through 6 packs a month down grading them to interior towels.

I use these as well on the interior and door jambs. I really like the yellow towel with t he black edge from Justin as well (Ragshak).

My blue DD Uber towels are linting as well and can't really figure out why. The Ultra Plus I from Rag Shack are washed in the same load as the Ubers and they aren't linting at all. Wish I could fix the problem. :(

Thank you guys for all the great responses! :worship2:

    I don't know why either :(

I mean I treat them very well, wash them with MF detergent and then hang them to dry. Tried the distilled vinegar applications, but nothing, and I think I'm going to retire most of them as my go to for other things now and just fine some better polishing ones. It's getting as bad as actually seeing the blue and red lint on the cars themselves. Those are huge pieces that are being lost when I'm wiping the car.

I wonder how the Microfiber towels from Pakshak compare to Microfiber towels from Cobra?

I was just on the Pakshak site. What towels do you guys use for wiping a car down after washing?

The Cobra towels do not even come close to the PakShak towels. After washing I use their WW towels. I mostly use their Ultra-Plush 16x16 towels. If you use a QD then their Ultra-Fine is the towel to get.

Pakshak is amazing! I have the ultra plush 16x16 and some of them are 4 years old now and still no linting and with vinegar here and there they are still soft as ever. I use baby detergent to clean mine and hang dry them.
