That's some baller wax. Did you order the GTechniq yet? I paid already but leaving it with Troy until I order in April so he can ship everything together. He's out of stock on a few items I want.

 

Yes its baller wax! (smells nice too) I may apply it for a meet this weekend depending on Saturday's weather (my GLK only has 1z Polish Wax)
Troy is holding all the stuff for me until my whole winter wonderland kit comes in (its missing G1 i believe) but yeah Gtechniq didnt have full stock so theres going to be a 2nd shipment prob next week of the rest of the stuff. Im in no hurry so its all good. (gives me some time to make some more money too to pay it off =p)

yep will put some review up once i get around to using em. Will be using G line first probably and elbow grease P1 soon after when my Concorso wears out.

Only 3! 2 of em are oldcracker's I only needed 1 =p The yellow bag is the Gtechniq Microfibers from the winter kit (my kit was prob the only one that troy ordered in)

 

What's the quality like on the MFs? In the pic on Troy's site they kinda look like the same material as the glass towels?

 

they're a rather big disappointment but then again its cheap. Its what you get for that price. Was expecting a more expensive microfiber.
practically low nap both sides, heavy smell of polyester, looks like it'll fall apart after a dozen washes. its practically suited to what its intended for actually, to wipe off C5, buff off G1, etc and you dont need to cry about throwing it away.
already tagless and at least its dense (denser than the old uber all purpose towels) and have some nap unlike costco MFs.
the more i play around with it, the more it feels like a rag...
Glass towels on troy's site are waffle weaved i believe.
I'll let you know how they perform once I actually use em, but yeah they have intended purposes so cant complain.

Here are my Microfibers laid out for comparo with the waffleweave glass towel on top



Uber all purpose -> Gtechniq mf -> costco MF

Costco MF -> CG Monster Blue

CG Monster Blue -> CG Super Towel Yellow -> CG Sasquatch
and actually blues are denser than yellows and yellows tend to fade after a few washes (feels softer to touch too) but they both hold approx the same amount of water from my initial tests and they're both tagged super towel

CG Sasquatch -> auto aesthetica free MF with cquartz -> Uber high nap towel -> glass towel, can prob see the thickness by the picture too, CG sasquatch is up there and next is the uber one and the free mf is just... thin
