I just wonder: What do you guys really think about products from Meguiars? Can it compares to for eksample: Pinnacle/Chemical Guys? I find wery few posts inn her about Meguiars, so i just wonder... ?
I really like them, I know a bunch of people who don't though. Are you talking about their fine cut cleaner? If so, it is a quality product. On the DA it sometimes can dust a but gives good cut and finishes quite nicely. I think I posted up on it before, but I am too lazy/ short on internet time to find the post for you. I think Disrd tried it.
I guess my thought is they make solid products to be used in nearly any weather conditions by any joe-schmoe, often by hand. Good products, but nothing great. Maybe it's just elietism by forum goers... I dunno.
Okay.. It seems that Pinnacle/Zymol/Chemical Guys etc. is more popular in this forum... I know that Meguiars don't make bad products... but just ask you guys what you think or know...
#2 was originally designed for use by hand...a really really long time ago. Long before clear coats even existed. Mostly made for single stage paint rub outs. Now Meguiar's pro line (tan bottles) are mostly designed for use with the rotary and some product, #2 included, can be used with a RO or DA.
I have used #2 ,Sneek recommended it to me and I was really pleased with the result. it removed fine scratches swirls in no time .(with a PC ).
