I've also been pretty impressed with the syn xpress wax, used both as drying aid and for quick top up duing winter, leaves a super slick finish and no streaking in sub 40 temps and direct sun

Prices are better then ADS, now phil is a one stop shop...... at least for me. Megs detailer line has some great products all cost effective and do what they say they are going to do.

sorry quick question for everyone...how is the body solvent? is this something that can replace, 3m adhesive remover that i use for tar spots, adhesives, etc?

and the glass cleaner..anyone have experience using it in the sun..unfortunately being mobile I can't always get in the shade and I'm really looking for something that is sun proof - idiot proof...my go to was fk glass cleaner but its impossible to get and haven't found anything to stand up against it.

Cant speak for the body solvent, although i am also interested in the answer. However i use the glass cleaner, for me it works really well, i'm using Huck Surgical Towels to wipe it off and i honestly cant say i have seen streaks. I usually do my glass in the sun as its hard to see streaks in the shade. I give it 2 thumbs up for no streaks when appiled in sunlight. I would recommend the huck surgical towels too, they work great!

Phil is my one stop shop now too.

So which is better for cleaning tires? APC+ or Super Degreaser?

I personally think super degreaser will pull more gunk out of tires, but the apc does a great job as well and can be used in other places more safely. So, do you want a more rounded product or separate products for each task.

I use APC, not the plus for tires, i like to foaming action of the Standard APC mixed with a stiff brissle brush

ive heard from a bunch of people that body solvent sucks. ive much rather see last touch and/or hyper dressing.

I would not say body solvent sucks... but tarminator is better lol
Super degreaser is awesome for engines. It does not leave a white residue like OPC can, honestly it cuts more like a dedicated degreaser. I prefer it for many jobs but us OPC for exterior surfaces

How do you guys like the hyper wash in comparison to say CG CWC?

With the MF cutting discs, does your BP need to be the same diameter as the pad, or are they stiff enough to use a 6" pad on a 5" BP?

nope you do not need to have the same diameter pad, but its not a bad idea.

I haven't ever used Chemical Guys wash chemicals, i do like the hyperwash, it goes a long way while still keeping suds. I always add an ounce of ONR to every wash bucket, and in my experience the ONR usually reduces the suds significantly to almost none at all, i can tell you this is not true with the hyperwash.

I use a cap full to 5 gals of water and it seems to work great!
