lc hydro vs. uber

Hi everyone, I'm in the market for some 6.5 pads and was wondering if anyone has compared the lc hydro pads to uber. I currently have lc hydro pads and like how they perform but I've read good things on the uber pads TIA

 

I havent try my hydro pads yet, but I like my ubers very much, but I like the ones PAC sells with the blue ring around the pad more than my ubers

 

I have them both (Blue and Orange Hydro in 6.5" and 4", and Uber Yellow, Orange, Green, and Blue in all sizes). Hydro pads tend to gum up/dry out the polish with my Flex DA but seem to have no issues when using with my PC7424XP. Uber Pads work very smoothly compared to Hydro Pads on either polisher with any size, so my vote is for Uber Pads...they are great pads.

 

Thanks guys, since I'll primarily be using a flex I think I'll go with the uber pads. I read elsewhere to skip the orange pads and go straight to yellow since it cuts more and finishes down the same. Any thoughts on that?

 

That is correct. Yellow is the way to go.
