Lake Country Flat Pad vs Lake Country CCS Pad

I'm abstaining from voting, as I've only used the CCS ones, which certainly seem fine to me.

 

I'm ambidextrous, I can use both.

 

If you do a gb make sure to remember me. If a group buy is started...my pledge would be six polishing pads for your first group buy.

I like the CCS pads better for the same reasons most other do. the products seems to stay under the pad better than with the flat pads. I do have a few flat pads in my arsenal though just because they were cheaper at the time. The job can get done great with either its just my personal preference.

I feel its a bit smoother I do use both though....

 

I will find out how nice yours are tomorrow hopefully phil! Maybe testing out some PO85RD or some of the now power-finish or power something or other.

 

The old eurotech's were softer
white and yellow CCS foam is not very good
yellow causes serious swirls, white heats the pad up too much and holds a heap of water after a machine wash

I like flexipads better

the eurotech white's are better than the CCS
the tufted 7.5 inch will be interesting to test next

 

I dont use CCS anymore. Only Flat.....

we might make a decision to just carry only flat.

Lawl, CCS was a taste of the year hehe...

 

Are those 5 and 6.5 flat pads low profile like the ones sold by autogeek? Those make me kind of nervous because of the transfer of heat. Also, do the flat pads skip more, less, or the same as the CCS Pads? Overall, how do they compare to the CCS Pads and are they better? I use a Flex DA.

 

I use both I personally think the flats are better but who am i to say...
