I will PM you my cell #. There is another local guy who joined on L2D. He has come over a few times. In fact, this job was a referral from him! There is another local guy on L2D now that I think about it. We can get together and yack about detailing over a coffee. All my stuff is tucked away for the winter now.

    Thanks very much Misha!

great job richy. there are fast drying paints that'll take about 15-30 minutes. what are the thickness measurements before and after?

I see killer work on here on a daily basis, but this was an eye opener to what a little experience, knowledge and perserverance can do.

I was amazed @ the transformation and I would imagine the owner was as well.

Thanks for sharing the pics and the process. Awesome work to say the least.

I did not do any measurements afterward. That would have been a smart thing to do....duh!

Thank you so much for the kind words!

Yes, your results are amazing. I hear ya on the ptg as I have a deep scratch on my wife's car and don't have a ptg to finish it properly.
Lucky enough, I'm going to cover it with vinyl as it's just the rear deck spoiler.

Wow Richy talk about incredible. My uncles truck got keyed and this has given me hope for repairing it. The edges are a little rough though vs the smooth edges that appear on the corolla. How long did it take to lay down the paint?
