First client start's tomorrow with a Full Correction on a Audi 225 TT Roadster, followed by a Maintenance Wash and Interior Detail on his wife's CC. Thanks for everyone's support!

looks great i too just took the plunge and left my job and im still getting the signs situated n such but at least i can finally say im happy.

 

Here's an update on my studio, looks like everything is a Go to resign my lease as we initially agreed on a short lease so I can see if things were working out...

did you cover the concrete with some type of fabric?

 

Yes, most of that side is covered with indoor/outdoor carpet and velcro'd down. Mainly for looks as I am hoping to save up for Epoxy/Urethane.

 

Wow thats pretty cool! what does something like that run to either lease or Buy? you dont gotta give us what you paid for it/leased it for. What type of building is that called? would love to find something like that for my AV business building racks and storing AV components in PA/NJ.

J/C if you wanted to could you build out an office in there if you wanted to?

 

I came across a really good deal here as we are a car/hobby community. Once you own your warehouse you can do whatever you want inside of it, my neighbor just got a second floor put in and there is going to be a jacuzzi put in as well :headbang: Everyday I see something new (Ford GT/GTR/ALL KINDS OF CLASSICS!) driving around here, it's awesome! Tomorrow is our Meet and Greet so I get to see what really is hanging out inside some of these warehouses.
