i have a pot of lusso oro that has never been used. Since i got it, it has these patches of darker areas on the top of the wax...this is kind of hard to explain, so i have pictures...hopefully you guys can see what I am talking about (sorry about the crappy pics, i used my phone)

From what I can remember it looks normal to me.

That is completely normal, once you start using it the top layer will become a uniform color underneath. The wax itself is perfectly fine and unaffected.

Oh no, it's the dreaded lusso oro disease!! Send it to me quick before it infects your other waxes! I'll dispose of it properly...one layer at a time.

I will gladly take that disease if it makes me smell as good as the wax.

Probably just the top layer drying out a little bit. Like others have said once you use it it will look normal again.

thanks for your responses guys. So it sounds like the top layer of wax is still perfectly fine to use. Am I right? Or should i just scrape off the top layer?
