ive been testing alot of my paint cleaners/glazes lately with CCS pads and ive found the products dry in the CCS dimples too quickly, and i have to constantly clean the pads out otherwise its a wet and chalky mess... so i bought black flat LC pads from that same site and use those now instead

i only use CCS pads for correcting

id imagine the same would be true for paste wax/sealants drying in those dimples and possibly scratching soft paint

my fav combo is mixing CK RMG ane VMG to create "pink moose"

ive played around with the ratio of mixing RMG and VMG. VMG has a bit of cut to it on a polihsing pad via DA, especially on my super soft japanese paint. So a good ratio for removing minor wash induced swirls is around 75% VMG to 25% RMG

that combo is the best one step paint cleaner/glaze ive used to date - the depth and gloss it adds to black is unbelievable, and far better than any wax straight up will add to the finish. And you dont have to worry about taping up rubbers/moulding
