Wow G that is one heck of a christmas/new year gift for you and your family. That is awesome! I can't wait until the day comes in which i have a garage to carry out detail work.
These are some of the realtor pictures. Front Side of the House My wife is an awesome cook ... she deserves this beautiful kitchen. Kitchen picture - another angle Hot tub time machine ... LMFAO I'll post some garage pictures later. I can't visit the house until the carpets get cleaned. I'm allergic to cats and they had one. I'll be taking a daily dose of Zyrtec for a while. My allergies are not bad though.
Thanks everyone ... We will be moving in a few days. I'll post pictures of the man cave once all the detailing gear is stored. The owner was nice enough to leave a complete fridge full of beer. He left like 100 bottles of every kind of beer ... SWEET!!
Thanks Chris ... it's located on a cul de sac and almost the entire perimeter is surrounded by woods. I do have neighbors, but I can't see them because of the woods. It's really private, something that is hard to find nowadays. Most of the houses around here are right next to each other and they don't have any mature trees.
The house looks great G. Looking forward to the new detailing diggs Sent from my EVO4G using tapatalk
Gianni, my goodness, it sounds like you bought your house from a Saint!! All that equipment, AND BEER?? Holy Moley. The house is beautiful, the setting is beautiful; you ave a very lucky guy!! The kitchen is gorgeous! We have the same tile by the looks of it too. I love the chandelier too as well as the under-cupboard lighting. You deserve it my friend..I'm very happy for you!!!:applause::applause2:
Yeah ... this has been a really nice Christmas gift. I'm trying to convince the wife that we need a Gaia for that kitchen and a AR pressure washer for the siding ... LOL.
GDAL- You seem like a really good dude. I am very happy for you. It is really cool to see someone so excited. Enjoy! Happy holidays. Joe D
Holy crap Gianni that house is amazing, I'm really glad you found a nice place to settle into, you deserve it after all of that moving :thumb: Finally, a full sized garage to store your clean cars in! I was really bummed you couldn't make it to the meet last year, hopefully I'll be seeing you this summer man, it's been way too long. BTW, we moved too! Got a beat up old house that we restored and now live in, here's some pics if you're interested. I finally got a bigger garage too, but no heat... yet :applause2: The afters don't say anything but the befores are marked, not too many pics sadly: Historic Reconstruction | Breslin Ridyard Fadero Architects
You have no idea how excited I am about this house purchase. I have moved 4 times in the past 4 years and it was just time to settle down. We weren't planning on buying a house until next year, but my landlord lost our rental unit and we decided to look for a house now. To be honest with you, the garage is ok ... nothing crazy. This house is for my wife and my daughter. I just wanted a freakin' garage so I can work on the cars and detail at night. I told the wife yesterday that this house purchase was for her and that the next house we hopefully buy will have an airplane hanger for a garage ... LOL.
Damn Bobby ... your old house wasn't bad at all, but the new house is gorgeous. I'll hit you up whenever I visit my brother in PA.
