Phil, here is some constructive criticism. When I started eShine I insisted on selling only products that I personally found I liked and did not see the need to sell other similar products at similar prices. Some brands I did not sell because I did not like the way they performed. Then I realised being a big brother and deciding what people should or should not use is not good business sense. Because most products are very user subjective we tried adding several brands that we did not plan solely on the brands being the “flavour of the week” on forums. The way I see it is if the customer wants product A, who am I to say, “no, no, you need to try product B”. We simply sell them what they want. I have customers simply love products that I have found to suck and vice versa, I use several products which I read on forums to be considered sucky products yet I love them. Business here grows with how many products and variety we have. Even in this recession our sales grew over 50% this year. My advice it to keep doing the hard to get stuff but also consider the popular brands. I took a look at your brands and you are lacking the major players. Klasse, Wolfgang, Pinnacle, Duragloss, Lexol, Poorboys, the rest of the Optimum line etc. These lines are HUGE and bring in a lot of business and make a LOT of happy customers. Without the bread N Butter lines we would not survive or grow.

I don't disagree with you but I'm not sure the market we have over in the us will be the same as the one in ca...but heck what do I know lol

optimum is very easy I have tried and tested everything and pretty much everything will be on the shelf by middle of next week.

I'm still working on many other things but as you know I also only go direct :)

We find that popular products in the USA fly off our shelves as soon as we stock them. I would only assume that they also sell great in the US of A. Dealing with Palm Beach gets you DP (A great seller), Wolfgang, and Pinnacle. Three birds with one stone! Steve at Poorboys is a good guy to deal with. Get cracking! LOL :D

    lol ......

the funny thing is we sponsor 40 websites now and no one has asked me for anything but one brand and you didn't mention it, Megs.. M105 and M205....

No one even really knows wolfgang and dp on the other boards that we sell on...

Phil, the fact that you take the time to post a thread like this says a heck of a lot.

If we're going to pick lines we'd like to see you pick up, my vote is for Scholl. I've used four of their polishes and loved each of them. S03+ is the best heavy cutting compound I've ever used.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if you didn't pick up Meguiar's. I know a lot of people here like 105; I hated it and sold my bottle here on DB.

Only 10% of our customers come from forums. Duno, maybe our strategy only works in the snow :D

i would wana see separate pricing if you ship to business address. this saves about 30% on shipping cost

when i calculated shipping to residential address from CG for those towels, shipping came to $8 something. when i did for business address (my work) it came to $5. i dont think its hard to do since ups and fedex gives this option on their site. whats the problem with setting this up?

Your service is fantastic! My only advice to you is that you need to corner the market.

The only mfg's that I could think of adding is.......

Megs- affordable & popular=increased sales and profit
Poorboys- fantastic products for the price
Dodo- offers a lower to mid priced waxes which you really don't have
Vics- because I want it and I want to buy it from you :)
