Man thats aweful.

 

its always sad when people take there own lives.. I have know a few people who have done so.. it effects everyone who knew them.

I hope the family will be able to deal with the stress and pain this will put on them....


This is my shout out to everyone on this board... if you have thoughts of hurting or killing yourself GET HELP....there are tons of places you can go... get the help you need and deserve

I hear you bro... It always seems worse than it is... I also know the senseless pain that is left behind when someone takes their life......

 

Whilst I think that taking your own life is a coward act, it's still sad.

He had a kid, didn't he? Look what he's done to her. She will go through the same he went through.

 

I'm rather shocked to hear this. I thought he was a pretty level headed guy. I feel bad for his daughter. Hopefully she won't make the same mistakes he did.

 

What a shame, it's odd though because when a person is in crisis I'm a firm believer that God gives you what you can handle, he will never give me something you can't cope with...well that's what my parents thought me.

It's a shame when a person throws in the towel and calls it quits, but those are just my thoughts.

I guess I will be the ahole here and say that these people do not live in reality. You make millions of $$$ and you can't handle it? Of course money is not everything, but I am sure that there are hurdreds of thousands of people in this world who have "issues" worse then this person did. And yet they still go on living.

 

To judge without walking in ones shoes is not a good thing

I look at it like this

Some people are unhappy so they say

when I land "the job" I be happy

they get "the job" and still aren't happy​

When I get "the car" I'll be happy

they get "the car" and still aren't happy​

When I get "the girl" I'll be happy

When I have "the kid" I'll be happy

they have "the kid" and still aren't happy​

Personal hell right there!!!

So regardless of whether they live in "reality" or not pain is pain, torment is torment, hell is hell... the rich and famous that are in this position have it worse on my opionion because us "normal joe's and janet's" still have so much to strive for and then Yup, "we'll be happy"

 

I guess I will never get it. Kind of like an NFL player that smokes dope and gets busted for it. In my job, I am susceptible for drug testing. So I don't do it. So if I can do it for the wage I am making, why can't they for millions of $$ a year?

 

I agree with you on that 100% but I am not seeing the parralel between that and being tormented to the point of Suicide...

 

How are they being tormented?

So if this idiot left the mother of his daughter and she did not want him back...Good for her. Sounds like she has her head on straight.

 

Just because they are wealthy does not mean they do not have their own personal demons...

Have you never known anyone who by all means should be happy but they just had demons tormenting them?

Dont get my wrong, I am not endorsing what he did in any way and I think it is the easy way out.

BUT to assume that because someone is well off automatically means they are happy is just plain not true

 

Would they consider drug/alcohol abuse a demon? IMO nobody makes anybody do this kind of abuse to themselves. They made a choice in life. This kind of abuse effects all kinks of people, should we feel more sorry for him because he was famous? Like I said, I just don't get it. Thousands of people kill themselves everyday.

 

hell no we shouldn't feel sorry for him because he was famous... I find it to be a shame BUT he made his own decisions and in the end, could not handle them and took the easy way out and will have left a sea of chaos for those that were his friends and family to deal with...

I would be willing to bet that I have seen more hardship, pain, death, neglect, abuse, addiction in my life than he ever did BUT I choose to rise above it - so no, I don't feel sorry for him at all... Now for his daughter - that's a different story.

With that said, to discount whatever pain he was obviuosly enduring because he was fortunate enought to have a financially priveledged life is not accurate to how life really is...

Pain, torment and anguish are not reserved for the poor or underpriveledged.
