Has anyone found a clay/ lube combination that can achieve no marring?

Im not sure about his clay lube. But a guy like Ken,Id guess vaseline.:dbanana:

Your applying a sealant not polishing why not wash the car use a good paint cleanser and call it a day...

Personally, metallic paint and you should be OK. However, non-metallic... different story.

 

I also vote for DODO Juice Born Slippy as a Clay Lube.
Tried Meguiars Quick Detailer, Clay Magic's Lube, Chemical Guys Clay Luber, and ONR, and Born Slippy is the slickest and leaves nothing behind to have to remove. A little 250ml bottle makes 2.5 Litres. Doesnt hurt Detailed Image, Blackfire, Zaino, or Clay Magic Claybars at all.
This is all I will be using from now on.

Anyone try Optimums Instant Detailer? Dilutable 1-4 which would make it economical. Ive used it as a wipedown but not a clay lube??

 

This is my current favorite clay method. I buy ONR for the sole purpose of mixing it up as a quick detail spray and clay lube.

 

Clay Magic Bodyshine #49 is by far the best clay lube I've used. Its super slick and stays wet longer than anything else I've tried. Sonus Glyde is another very good one. I find that a dedicated clay lube, for the most part, are slicker than QDs.

Where can I find Exclusive Yellow Clay?

 

It's exlcusive, you have to be on the guest list to get some that's what makes it exclusive.: Message 911fanatic. I am also the BS 49 user, and I find another QD from a Canadian company also pretty decent. A true QD wins every time in my books.
